An event that I have purchased tickets for has been canceled or postponed. What do I do?

When an event is canceled, it is the school's responsibility to notify GoFan. Once a school has requested an event be refunded due to a cancellation, GoFan will begin the refund process. 

Event refunds will be completed within 2 to 3-business days of the event cancellation notice. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has processed. Depending on your issuing bank, it can take 5 to 10 days for a refund to appear on your statement after the refund has processed.
